By utilizing monolithic high-purity ceramics and advanced co-firing or high-precision mechanical bonding technologies, this integrated design eliminates structural weak points, delivering unmatched geometric accuracy, wear resistance, and chemical inertness.
Unlike conventional assemblies that rely on glue or press-fitting—which can fail under high pressure or thermal stress—our integrated plungers are designed for maximum structural integrity:
Monolithic Ceramic Design: The piston and the drive adaptor are machined from a single solid block of ceramic, completely eliminating any material joints or interface failure points.
Integrated Metal-Ceramic Assembly: Using high-strength mechanical shrink-fitting or specialized chemical bonding, the ceramic shaft is seamlessly integrated with a stainless steel or titanium adapter for high-torque rotary-reciprocating movements.
Traditional multi-piece plungers often have microscopic gaps at the joints where fluid, bacteria, or particles can accumulate. The integrated design features a smooth, continuous surface that is incredibly easy to clean, making it ideal for sanitary and high-purity applications.
Because the entire unit is machined on high-precision multi-axis grinders, it achieves excellent coaxiality ($le 0.002 text{mm}$). This ensures perfectly uniform clearance between the plunger and the sleeve, minimizing localized wear and maximizing the lifespan of the sealing system.
